There is something special about September in Midcoast Maine. The summer crowds begin to fade, the mornings get a little cooler, and our communities come alive with some of the best local events of the season.
Downtown Brunswick has a full calendar this month, starting with the 6th Annual Maine Street Cruise-In on September 5 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Then, on Friday, September 11 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, downtown comes alive for the Brunswick Downtown Association's 2nd Friday Brunswick Art Walk.

Other September events include the Community BBQ on September 12 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, the Constitution Faire on September 17 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the Maine Buddy Walk on September 26 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
September is also the perfect time to enjoy Maine's changing foliage, local farms, farmers markets, hiking trails, and quiet coastal towns before winter arrives.
